This intake and consulting "experience" is where the  exchange of value and scope of services is agreed.  There is no cashflow without the agreement between you and your clients.  Business is about delivering value and turning transactions.  You can't deliver value without turning transactions!  

This initial consultation with your client needs to be designed and based on THE VALUE of what you do, from your targeted clients perspective!
